Analyze and improve HR systems, focusing on Workday configuration and integrations.
- •As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Justworks, you will be an integral part of the People Systems team, supporting and building HR systems and processes to drive efficiency and solutions for the growing business.
- •You will serve as a key point of contact for HR systems questions and concerns.
- •Key Responsibilities Support cross-functional projects across all Workday functional areas.
- •Capture business process requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- •Identify and resolve process flaws or issues, offering recommendations for improvements.
- •Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits and system reviews.
- •Train team members and system users on new processes and functionality.
- •Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- •In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS).
- •Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems is preferred.
- •Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- •Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
