Manage and build EMEA benefits operations and programs for a growing international footprint.
- •Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager to own EMEA benefits operations and strategically build out benefits programs across new markets.
- •This role is for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and programs from scratch.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement, renewals, plan design, and vendor management.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets, ensuring a strong benefits component from day one.
- •Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA.
- •Analyze benefits data to inform plan design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- •Contribute to the development of the international benefits operating system and serve as the benefits voice in expansion planning.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in international benefits, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets.
- •Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment.
- •Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
- •Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments as they relate to employee benefits.
- •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
