- •Pursuit is seeking a Community Development Associate to own the day-to-day recruitment funnel, leading information sessions and workshops, and ensuring a positive applicant experience from first contact through enrollment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own applicant volume and conversion targets for the recruitment funnel.
- •Plan and lead information sessions and recruitment events for prospective Builders.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective Builders throughout the admissions process.
- •Utilize AI tools to automate routine recruitment tasks and streamline the enrollment process.
- •Requirements Experience in recruitment, admissions, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- •Strong drive to achieve numerical targets and a restless pursuit of hitting them.
- •Comfort and energy in speaking in front of groups.
- •Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- •Comfort working with data and spreadsheets to track performance.
- •Curiosity about AI and eagerness to use AI tools for efficiency.
