- •Pursuit is hiring a Career Coach to guide Builders through one of the highest-stakes phases of their journey: the job search.
- •This role owns a single core outcome
- •Builders getting hired
- •and does whatever it takes within that mandate: coaching networks and search strategy, sharpening how Builders present themselves, and pushing continuously on what "job-ready" means in a fast-changing market.
- •Key Responsibilities Own job placement as your core KPI.
- •Coach Builders on job search skills through 1:1 sessions and group programming.
- •Help Builders define career goals and target roles.
- •Build Builders' networking skills and role-model outreach.
- •Track Builder activity and progress against job search goals.
- •Requirements Passion for Pursuit's mission and experience working with adults from underserved communities.
- •Familiarity with today's job market, ideally through recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or as a hiring manager.
- •Understanding of what it takes to land a role in today's job market.
- •Energized by coaching and professional development.
- •Data-driven and outcomes-oriented.
