- •Iterable is seeking an Associate Technical Recruiter to join their global Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon.

- •Key Responsibilities Support and progressively own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.
- •Deliver a top-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand each role deeply.
- •Bring a technologist mindset to everything you do, exploring AI tools and new approaches.
- •Support TA operations, maintaining templates, coordinating scheduling, and keeping the ATS up to date.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a talent-adjacent role.
- •A genuine interest in technology and AI trends.
- •Strong will to explore new AI technology hands-on.
- •Real drive and ambition, with a desire to improve work and raise standards.
- •Curiosity to understand the "why" behind roles, decisions, and processes.
- •An obsession with human connection and candidate experience.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Fluency in written and verbal English.
