- •The Solutions Architecture team at Metronome is a technical group that sits at the intersection of sales, growth, product, and R&D.
- •As a member of this team, you’ll primarily be focused on ensuring customers successfully implement Metronome’s products and realize value quickly.
- •Key Responsibilities Understand client challenges in billing, product launches, pricing, and quote-to-cash.
- •Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, and testing.
- •Design integrations between Metronome’s APIs and client business systems.
- •Act as a liaison between the field and R&D to advocate for client needs.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in technical/customer-facing SaaS roles.
- •Deep knowledge of the quote-to-cash space and related tools.
- •Experience leading complex technology transformation programs for enterprise companies.
- •Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
