About the role
TL;DR
Director of Strategic Events and Experiences to own and execute the company's event strategy.
- •This role owns Spring Health's events strategy and portfolio end-to-end, driving demand, deepening customer relationships, and strengthening the brand.
- •You will lead a team of two event marketers and collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own the annual events strategy aligned with company, marketing, and revenue priorities.
- •Lead the strategy and execution of major events like Tidal (annual customer and prospect event), Revenue Kickoff, and President's Club.
- •Develop an executive and account-based events engine to drive account movement and engagement.
- •Establish a measurement model to track event ROI and connect events to the GTM motion.
- •Leverage AI to enhance event planning, execution, and analysis.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in B2B events, experiential marketing, or field marketing. 3+ years managing people and building teams.
- •Experience leading large-scale B2B events end-to-end.
- •Strong commercial instincts and understanding of event impact on pipeline and account growth.
- •Experience building and delivering data-backed reporting on program performance.
- •Hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve workflows.
