About the role
TL;DR
Own a portfolio of Belgian merchants, driving retention and commercial expansion.
- •As a Growth CSM at Sendcloud, you'll own a portfolio of Belgian merchants, driving both retention and commercial expansion.
- •This role blends strong relationship building with sharp commercial instincts to directly shape Sendcloud's revenue trajectory.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full customer lifecycle for your portfolio, from adoption to renewal and expansion.
- •Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- •Serve as the bridge between Customer Success and Commercial teams.
- •Design engagement strategies based on data and customer insights.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or a commercial role.
- •Demonstrated track record of managing renewals and hitting expansion targets.
- •Fluent in Dutch and English.
- •Comfortable working with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar).
