- •Secureframe seeks a Technical Recruiter to source and engage technical talent, build top-of-funnel strategies, and move candidates through the hiring pipeline with speed and transparency.
- •Key Responsibilities Source and engage passive technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and AngelList Design top-of-funnel sourcing strategy with recruiters and hiring managers Identify and attract diverse candidates for engineering roles Manage candidate pipeline and communication, assist with offers and closures Requirements 1+ years recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination experience Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Entelo) Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers in engineering organizations Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS
