About the role

Build and lead the founding Solutions Engineering team for strategic deals.
- •Scribe is hiring its first Manager, Solutions Engineering to build and lead the founding team behind our most strategic deals.
- •Your team will be the technical experts who earn the trust of F1000 executives, running demos and proof of concepts that turn Scribe's capabilities into measurable customer outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Establish the Solutions Engineering function at Scribe, defining processes and playbooks.
- •Hire, mentor, and lead a founding team of Solutions Engineers.
- •Bring technical credibility to strategic new business and expansion opportunities.
- •Deliver proof of concepts that connect Scribe's capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- •Act as the bridge between Go-to-Market and Product leadership, carrying customer feedback into the roadmap.
- •Requirements 3+ years of people management experience leading technical customer-facing teams.
- •Experience as a Solutions Engineer or comparable pre/post-sales technical role at a high-growth SaaS company.
- •Ability to explain LLM and AI product concepts credibly to technical and executive audiences.
- •Experience building a function from scratch without an existing playbook.
- •Ability to design scalable programs and processes while remaining hands-on in customer engagements.
