About the role
TL;DR
Owns strategy, coordination, and improvement of function-specific training for fintech knowledge.
- •As the Functional Training Coordinator within the Product Compliance team, you will own the strategy, coordination, and continuous improvement of function-specific training to ensure teams across Satispay have the necessary fintech knowledge and practical skills.
- •Key Responsibilities Assess fintech learning needs and translate product/regulatory changes into a clear training strategy.
- •Design and maintain role-based learning paths and curricula tailored to fintech domains.
- •Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs with internal experts and external providers.
- •Ensure training materials remain accurate and aligned with evolving products and regulations.
- •Measure program impact and continuously improve initiatives based on feedback and KPIs.
- •Requirements At least 2 years in learning & development, enablement, or program/project management, preferably in fintech/financial services.
- •Working understanding of financial regulations and the fintech landscape.
- •Proactive and program-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
- •Ability to take full accountability for the functional training program and collaborate across departments.
- •Comfort with learning platforms (LMS) and measuring learning effectiveness.
