Senior HR Generalist for EMEA region, driving HR initiatives and operations.
- •Canonical is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support its EMEA region.
- •This role will drive and execute regional and global HR initiatives, providing compliant and scalable HR operations and advising on employee lifecycle issues.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver precise and compliant HR operations.
- •Partner with leadership on performance management, organizational design, and rewards.
- •Coach and advise people managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
- •Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- •Design new policies and deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally.
- •Requirements HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
- •Regional HR experience within EMEA (France, Germany and/or UK is a plus).
- •Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- •Hands-on involvement in daily HR routines.
- •Experience working in a remote-first organization.
