- •Canonical is seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support its APAC region.
- •This role offers the opportunity to shape and create an HR function for the future, requiring a high work ethic, confidence, and the ability to work independently and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide HR support by answering team members' questions regarding employment and contracts.
- •Maintain the HRIS, ensuring accuracy in processing team member changes and new joiners.
- •Own global HR projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
- •Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation and system setup.
- •Support employees with benefits enrollment and payroll processing.
- •Requirements Track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies.
- •Internship experience in an HR/People team is beneficial.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- •Ability to prioritize complex workloads and manage time effectively.
- •Self-motivated, results-oriented, and focused on accuracy.
