- •Automate administrative tasks and lead the development of the HR system.
- •Produce data-driven reports to inform HR initiatives.

- •Relevant professional qualification and certifications.
- •Practical insights into EMEA or AMER HR practices and employment laws.
- •Self-directed, organized problem solver with strong judgment and discretion.
- •Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year.
