Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales cycle from sourcing to close.
- •Rowspace is seeking founding Enterprise Account Executives to sell their product to sophisticated buyers in the finance industry, including CIOs, heads of firms, and managing directors at top-tier private equity firms, credit managers, and institutional allocators.
- •You will own the entire sales cycle from sourcing to close, helping to define the broader sales process in an early-stage, high-agency environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the sales process end to end: lead gen, discovery, demo, close.
- •Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and position Rowspace as a thought partner.
- •Build foundational sales processes and infrastructure for scale.
- •Share market signal with product and engineering teams.
- •Partner with Deployment Managers on post-close handoffs and expansion conversations.
- •Requirements 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally as a closer. 3-7+ years of experience in tech sales, finance, or consulting, with a proven ability to build pipeline from scratch.
- •High agency and a builder's mindset, comfortable figuring things out without a playbook.
- •Ability to navigate complex organizations, map stakeholders, and build champions.
- •Intellectually curious and comfortable going deep into technical and financial concepts.
- •Strong communication skills for cold emails, demos, and engaging with senior finance professionals.
