- •As a Retail Ambassador, you will represent the Rothy's brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and living company values.
- •You'll focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming store culture.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer, embodying the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertise.
- •Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
- •Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices.
- •Support operational tasks to ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly.
- •Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- •Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
- •Passion for service and drive to achieve sales goals.
- •Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, including peak days.
