Operations Associates pick, pack, and manage inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- •Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates to join their operations team.
- •Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are crucial to Gopuff's success, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm.
- •Key Responsibilities Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
- •Receive product from vendors, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- •Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders.
- •Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- •Ensure compliance with FIFO for waste and spoilage management.
- •Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
- •Requirements Must be 18 years or older.
- •Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments is preferred.
- •Availability during peak hours (5pm
- •2am) with a fluid schedule.
- •General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications.
- •Ability to lift up to 20lbs repetitively.
