- •Key Responsibilities Act as the on-site key holder during assigned overnight hours.
- •Maintain a visible, calm and accountable presence; respond appropriately to unusual events and escalate concerns.
- •Prepare Starbucks beverages and food items accurately and efficiently.
- •Support inventory activities, including replenishment and counts.
- •Ensure store readiness and cleanliness across the sales floor and work areas.
- •Requirements 1+ year of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
- •Starbucks or high-volume café experience strongly preferred.
- •Ability to become fully trained and certified on Starbucks standards.
- •Basic math skills and demonstrated accuracy with cash handling.
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes consistently.
