TL;DR
Ensures high-quality linens for guest arrivals through cleaning, organization, and inventory management.
- •As a Linen Specialist, you are the backbone of our property readiness team.
- •This role is far more than just laundry; it is about precision, organization, and efficiency.
- •You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest arrives to a home stocked with crisp, high-quality linens that meet our rigorous brand standards.
- •Key Responsibilities Professionally launder, dry, and inspect all inventory to ensure they meet company "White Glove" cleanliness standards.
- •Efficiently sort, fold, and label items to maintain a highly organized central laundry facility.
- •Prepare and stage linen sets for timely field team pick-up.
- •Safely operate commercial-grade washers and dryers using designated cleaning products.
- •Proactively monitor and report any equipment malfunctions, inventory damage, or safety hazards to leadership.
- •Requirements Flexible schedule required, including daytime, weekends, and holidays.
- •Ability to maintain a high level of detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- •Experience operating commercial machinery and comfortable using mobile technology, computers, and email for daily reporting.
- •Prior experience in commercial linen care or hospitality operations is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
