- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end roadmap for corporate programs spanning Finance, Legal, People, Workplace, and international operations.
- •Define and launch programs by translating business objectives into clear outcomes and workstreams.
- •Connect RIVR and Amazon teams, translating business needs into coordinated implementation plans.
- •Establish governance, working rhythms, and playbooks to ensure visibility and accountability.
- •Drive decisions, resolve conflicting priorities, and secure resource commitments from senior stakeholders.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in business operations, corporate integration, or international expansion.
- •Experience establishing new programs or operating models where no complete playbook previously existed.
- •Proven track record of taking ambiguous business objectives from definition through implementation and measurable delivery.
- •Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple specialist teams and drive outcomes through influence.
