Supervise and develop production warehousing operations and team.
- •Form Energy is seeking a Supervisor to lead and develop its production warehousing operations.
- •This role is crucial for building physical material flows in collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of production warehousing associates.
- •Continuously improve inbound receipt flow and putaway processes.
- •Manage critical lineside delivery processes to ensure zero downtime due to material shortages.
- •Track operational KPIs to drive productivity improvements.
- •Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
- •Requirements 5+ years of progressive experience in fast-paced distribution or warehousing operations.
- •Proven track record as a people leader.
- •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
- •Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (Overnights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
- •Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
