- •Responsible for the day-to-day work of his/her crew, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality work, and adherence to safety standards.
- •This role involves hands-on supervision and team motivation.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise assigned laborers and ensure compliance with work orders and company policies.
- •Ensure crew readiness, including equipment, materials, and vehicle operation.
- •Oversee safe loading, unloading, and driving of vehicles.
- •Motivate and lead the crew to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective completion of assignments.
- •Interact with clients and report work progress and issues to supervisors.
- •Requirements Minimum 2 years of prior work experience in the industry.
- •Must have supervisory/leadership experience.
- •Must have a clean driving record.
- •Willingness to learn and work hands-on alongside the crew.
