- •Riskified is looking for a Learning & Organizational Development Partner to join their global team.
- •This role will focus on strengthening organizational effectiveness and accelerating talent development within the tech departments.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and department leaders to identify capability gaps and organizational development opportunities.
- •Design and execute high-impact learning and OD solutions.
- •Facilitate skills workshops and training sessions.
- •Support employee development plans by spearheading talent development initiatives.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in L&OD roles in a tech company.
- •Experience in supporting tech-driven teams is a big advantage.
- •Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- •Knowledge of learning concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- •Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing learning solutions.
