- •This role involves leading technical engagements and serving as a trusted technical advisor to public sector customers, ensuring they have the best cloud HPC experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted technical advisor and own the technical relationship with customers.
- •Lead technical activities including deployment, training, and support.
- •Collaborate with Solutions Architects for successful solution deployments.
- •Analyze customer technical needs, infrastructure, operations, and workflows.
- •Onboard new customer workflows and grow Rescale's footprint.
- •Requirements Experience with complex technical challenges in the defense or public sector.
- •Customer obsession and empathetic approach to solutions.
- •At least 2 years of software, hardware, or cloud experience in a customer-facing role.
- •B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or equivalent.
