- •Read AI is seeking a Talent Partner (Sourcer) to build the top-of-funnel for their hiring engine.
- •This is an early-career role with ownership, focusing on identifying, engaging, and nurturing candidates for high-priority roles, particularly in Engineering.
- •Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage ~100 qualified candidates per week across LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and other channels.
- •Build and manage personalized outreach to convert passive candidates into active pipeline.
- •Focus primary sourcing efforts on Engineering roles, flexing to support Product, Design, and GTM as needed.
- •Help build and document repeatable sourcing and coordination processes as the Talent team scales.
- •Represent Read AI authentically in the broader talent community.
- •Requirements Experience (internship, agency, or early in-house) in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related talent function.
- •Comfort and curiosity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or similar) and ATS platforms (Ashby or equivalent).
- •Strong written communication skills, able to write outreach that gets responses.
- •High energy, coachability, and a growth mindset.
