About the role
TL;DR
Design and run events, and own talent operations for R&D recruiting.
- •You’ll design and run events that bring people together—from candidate dinners and conference booth set-ups to R&D offsites and internal programs.
- •You’ll also own talent operations for the R&D recruiting team, helping create streamlined processes for things to run smoothly.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan and execute recruiting events including candidate dinners, conferences, and pop-up activations on campus.
- •Source unique venues and over-the-top activations.
- •Partner with leadership and the Employee Experience team to create thoughtful and intentional events.
- •Act as a Cognition ambassador to recruit top talent at each event.
- •Track budgets and event spend, coordinate vendors and logistics.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives.
- •Creative and operationally strong, able to dream up ideas and execute them well.
- •Loves bringing people together and creating meaningful shared experiences.
- •Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- •Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
