About the role
TL;DR
HR Business Partner for EPDD org, providing strategic and operational people support.
- •We're looking for an HR Business Partner to be the embedded People partner for our EPDD org (Engineering, Product, Design, and Data).
- •You will bring both advisory depth and operational excellence to a fast-moving team.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the dedicated HRBP for EPDD managers and senior managers.
- •Coach leaders through performance conversations, complex ER cases, and difficult people decisions.
- •Partner on org health using data to spot patterns and anticipate friction.
- •Support performance management cycles end-to-end.
- •Be an approachable partner for Homies across the team.
- •7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a true HRBP role.
- •Direct experience supporting EPDD or R&D teams is a major plus.
- •Real advisory instincts and strong influence.
- •Proven experience managing leave programs and immigration cases.
- •Genuine AI fluency.
