- •Innatera is seeking an experienced People Operations & Engagement Specialist to ensure a smooth, reliable, and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- •This role combines strong People Operations with employee engagement, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and making employees feel informed, connected, and supported.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal People communications, and company events.
- •Manage day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, employment changes, benefits, and offboarding.
- •Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee documentation, and personnel records.
- •Support payroll and coordinate benefits, pension, and commuting arrangements.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of relevant People Operations/HR experience, ideally in an international, growing organization.
- •Strong ownership mentality, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
- •Practical experience with the Dutch employee lifecycle, HR documentation, and employment-related administration.
- •Fluent English communication skills.
