TL;DR
Facilitates and manages leadership and professional development programs, ensuring practical skill development for employees.
- •The L&D Consultant plays a critical hands-on role in delivering Coupa’s flagship leadership and professional development programs.
- •This individual operates as a program manager and core facilitator, leading the day-to-day execution, participant experience, and operational administration of key learning journeys.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct localized and functional needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- •Partner with instructional designers to translate learning requirements into engaging workshops.
- •Act as a primary facilitator for cohort workshops and live training sessions.
- •Analyze participant feedback and metrics to provide recommendations for program enhancement.
- •Oversee the end-to-end administration, scheduling, and logistics for assigned talent programs.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), Talent Management, or Corporate Training.
- •Proven ability to facilitate engaging, interactive workshops.
- •Solid grasp of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks.
- •Demonstrated success managing multi-week or multi-month learning programs.
- •Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
