Lead applications team to build quantum business cases for enterprise partners.
- •QuantWare is seeking a Director of Applications to translate complex enterprise computational bottlenecks into quantified quantum business cases that drive hardware demand.
- •You will lead, build, and scale the team responsible for demonstrating utility-scale quantum value to global enterprise partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution and delivery of strategic, quantitative, quantum application discovery projects with enterprise partners.
- •Collaborate with partner teams to build and present robust business cases that quantify the ROI of quantum applications.
- •Recruit, manage, and lead a team of Senior Quantum Algorithm Experts, Applications Engineers, and Solutions Engineers.
- •Build, maintain, and manage high-trust relationships with strategic and technical leadership at enterprise partner organizations.
- •Establish, mature, and scale repeatable frameworks for business case development and project execution.
- •Requirements Proven track record of building quantified business cases for complex technology adoption. 5+ years of leadership experience building, managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
- •Exceptional cross-functional communicator capable of bridging deep technical topics with high-level strategy and commercial audiences.
- •Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or an MBA paired with a technical undergraduate degree.
- •Strategic leader with high ownership and a strong outcome focus.
