- •Quantinuum is seeking a visionary VP Talent and Organization Capability to lead its global talent strategy.
- •This executive will drive initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive world class talent acquisition strategy and positive experience.
- •Develop and execute a global talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
- •Establish an integrated framework for talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- •Partner with senior leaders to identify critical talent risks and opportunities.
- •Drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives supporting organizational effectiveness and business transformation.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 15+ years of progressive Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Human Resources experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
- •Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, worker granted asylum, or refugee status).
- •Candidates must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen.
