About the role
TL;DR
Lead recruiting and HR operations for a tech-enabled asset manager.
- •Legalist is seeking a Head of Recruiting and Human Resources to lead companywide recruitment efforts and manage HR operations for a fully distributed team.
- •This role reports directly to Legalist’s leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Own recruiting companywide, including originating attractive candidates from various pipelines.
- •Manage payroll/compensation, benefits, and related administrative matters.
- •Oversee annual evaluation process and facilitate year-round performance feedback.
- •Develop and own employee onboarding and ongoing training processes.
- •Assist and provide guidance on employment law compliance.
- •Requirements 7+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in originating candidates in financial services.
- •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
- •Prior experience at a multistate and/or international employer is strongly preferred.
- •Flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor are required.
