TL;DR
HR Director to lead HR initiatives and advise leaders and employees.
- •We are seeking a business-focused HR Director to lead the delivery of HR initiatives for key functions within Quantinuum while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
- •Key Responsibilities Align people strategies with business objectives to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
- •Provide coaching and guidance to managers on how to best execute performance management, employee development, and change management initiatives.
- •Support talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership-level HR Business Partner or HR management experience.
