- •Pursuit is seeking a Community Development & Partnership Associate to own top-of-funnel lead generation, building and managing relationships with community-based organizations, driving paid marketing and referral channels, and obsessing over applicant volume.

- •Key Responsibilities Own top-of-funnel lead generation targets, including leads, referrals, and applicant starts.
- •Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, workforce development providers, and other mission-aligned partners.
- •Drive day-to-day execution of paid marketing and referral campaigns, testing and optimizing channels for performance.
- •Utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks and identify opportunities for streamlining processes.
- •Requirements Experience in community outreach, partnerships, marketing, business development, or sales.
- •Natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly with community partners.
- •Comfortable working with data and dashboards to track performance.
- •Highly organized with strong follow-through.
