- •Key Responsibilities Own the most important tasks each week Deep dive into client and GTM strategies Build and automate workflows using AI tools Ensure Porters remains fast-moving and unblocked Requirements Highly motivated with a strong ownership mentality Experience building with AI, not just in theory Comfortable in ambiguity and able to switch contexts quickly High-growth startup, consulting, or similar background is a plus Must be able to work on-site in Zurich, Switzerland
