TL;DR
Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives, ensuring timely and successful program delivery.
- •Tekion is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives critical to the company's business and product strategy.
- •This role involves end-to-end program leadership, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and operational teams to deliver complex programs on time and within scope.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact technical programs involving multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
- •Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and other functions to define scope, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- •Proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating as needed.
- •Establish clear operating cadences, including status reporting and executive updates.
- •Influence strategic planning and roadmapping with a program-centric execution lens.
- •Requirements 6-8 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership.
- •Proven track record of leading complex technical programs in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- •Deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
- •Exceptional stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- •Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools.
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe) a plus.
