- •Tekion is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the delivery and implementation of scalable solutions within its Professional Services organization.
- •This role involves gathering business requirements, documenting processes, supporting configuration, and contributing to testing efforts.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting and analyzing business and functional requirements.

- •Participate in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- •Support the creation of user documentation and training materials.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience implementing Automotive Variable (Retail & Accounting) OR Fixed (Parts & Service) software.
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- •Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Position requires 90% travel.
