About the role
TL;DR
Implement and train clients on Tekion's SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption.
- •Tekion is seeking a SaaS Implementation Specialist to onboard and train clients on their cloud-native automotive platform.
- •This role involves configuring SaaS workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring customer adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Facilitate cloud-based DMS onboarding and user training.
- •Configure advanced SaaS workflows, system integrations, and best practices.
- •Guide and mentor other implementation specialists.
- •Obtain milestone signoffs from key dealership stakeholders.
- •Identify, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks.
- •Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions.
- •Bachelor's degree in business or related field highly preferred.
- •Understanding of key onboarding and adoption metrics within a SaaS business model.
- •Demonstrated success managing customer change in a SaaS environment.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
