- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
- •Proactively identify, engage, and screen passive talent using advanced search techniques.
- •Craft personalized outreach to convert prospects into active candidates.
- •Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
- •Support end-to-end recruitment for ad-hoc roles and maintain ATS documentation.
- •Requirements 3+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
- •Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •Expertise in leveraging ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools.
- •Resourceful, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
