- •This role involves strategic collaboration with leaders to identify learning needs and develop comprehensive programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.
- •Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive learning programs, including eLearning and instructor-led training.
- •Manage instructional design projects through the entire lifecycle.
- •Plan and execute custom off-sites and workshops for team building and leadership development.
- •Monitor learning metrics and enhance education for continuous improvement.
- •Requirements Advanced analytical, collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- •Advanced skills in multi-tasking, priority setting, organization, and project management.
- •Demonstrated experience in instructional design and development of multi-channel learning solutions. 10+ years' experience in adult learning and instructional design.
- •University degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Technology, or related field.
