About the role
TL;DR
Analyze asset valuation and support financial modeling for PayJoy's portfolio management team.
- •PayJoy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst
- •Asset Valuation to join our Portfolio Management team.
- •In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of predictive models related to asset valuation, working closely with senior team members to ensure accuracy in financial data and reporting.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating the Fair Value (FV) model.
- •Support the monthly accounting process by preparing data inputs and reconciling variances.
- •Contribute to model development efforts by preparing data and supporting analyses.
- •Analyze trends in default rates, performance metrics, and capital needs.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related).
- •Experience (internships or academic projects) involving financial modeling, data analysis, or forecasting is preferred.
- •SQL and Python are required.
- •Basic understanding of asset valuation concepts, forecasting techniques, or accounting principles is desirable.
