About the role
TL;DR
Analyze and support financing transactions for renewable energy projects.
- •Nexamp is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to support its Capital Markets and Project Finance team.
- •This role involves evaluating, structuring, and executing financing transactions for distributed generation and utility-scale projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance financial models for projects throughout their lifecycle.
- •Perform financial analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
- •Assist with the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing transactions.
- •Coordinate internal transaction workstreams and track deliverables.
- •Prepare and update transaction presentations and internal approval materials.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- •At least 1 year of relevant experience in project finance, capital markets, or a related field.
- •Strong financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
- •Working knowledge of project finance concepts.
- •Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
