About the role
TL;DR
Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve credit portfolio outcomes.
- •PayJoy is a credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets achieve financial stability.
- •They use patented technology and cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI to provide point-of-sale financing and card offerings.
- •Key Responsibilities Use SQL and R or Python to extract and manipulate data for recommendations.
- •Make actionable recommendations to improve outcomes based on analysis.
- •Work closely with the Data Science team to implement ML and AI models.
- •Create dashboards to measure performance of credit portfolios and pilots.
- •Write documentation explaining analysis and recommendations.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineer or similar. +2 years of experience in a rigorous analytical/empirical role.
- •Strong general analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Proficiency in Python or R.
- •Understanding of statistical tools and methods, and experience with large datasets.
