- •Patreon is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to lead the development and execution of its compensation strategy, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and market trends.
- •This role will focus on enhancing the total rewards framework and managing equity programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of Patreon’s compensation strategy.
- •Manage market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
- •Design and enhance Patreon’s total rewards framework, including base salary, variable pay, and equity.
- •Oversee the design and management of Patreon’s equity program.
- •Manage compensation planning processes, including annual reviews and pay equity analysis.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- •Deep understanding of compensation theories, methodologies, and best practices.
- •Experience with equity program management and strong analytical skills.
- •Proficiency in compensation-related software and tools.
