About the role
TL;DR
Manage recruitment and HR operations on-site for Gojob's client.
- •Gojob is seeking a dynamic and autonomous HR and Recruitment Manager to be based on-site at our client's location in Cavaillon.
- •This role is crucial for supporting our mission of making the job market more fluid and accessible.
- •Key Responsibilities Represent Gojob on-site, interacting with temporary workers, candidates, and operational teams.
- •Gather recruitment needs from the client to meet production objectives.
- •Identify and evaluate suitable candidates through interviews and available tools.
- •Ensure the integration of new temporary workers on-site.
- •Support Gojobbers throughout their mission.
- •Requirements BAC +2 minimum in HR, Commerce, Logistics, or Industry.
- •At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in temporary work.
- •Adaptable and comfortable interacting with both temporary workers and client teams.
- •Autonomous, rigorous, and versatile.
