- •Pasqal is seeking a Field Service Representative specializing in Optics and Lasers for a V.I.E position in Saudi Arabia.
- •This role involves on-site maintenance of Quantum Processors (QPUs).
- •Key Responsibilities Commissioning QPUs and performing subsequent updates (software and hardware).
- •Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- •Performing initial diagnostics and coordinating repair activities for machines.
- •Contributing to the validation and development of diagnostic and maintenance procedures.
- •Analyzing and reporting on failures and defects for continuous improvement.
- •Requirements Technical or engineering degree with experience in optics and lasers.
- •Strong knowledge in complex system engineering, special machines, and versatile technical areas (electronics, laser, detection, modulation, software, cooling, communication networks).
- •Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- •Proficiency in French and English; basic Arabic is a plus.
