About the role
TL;DR
Assemble, integrate, and test quantum processing units in a high-tech environment.
- •As an AIT Technician, you will be part of PASQAL’s Canadian production team, building a world-class quantum computer.
- •You will be responsible for assembling specific assemblies of quantum systems and supporting other assembly teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Assemble subsystems of quantum processing units using manufacturing processes.
- •Execute test plans to validate compliance and repair/rework sub-assemblies.
- •Set up test configurations and prepare workstations for manufacturing.
- •Provide active feedback to engineering teams and document procedures.
- •Contribute to manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement.
- •Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in a high-tech industrial environment.
- •Solid knowledge of assembling and testing high-precision opto-mechanical systems.
- •Strong manual dexterity and great attention to detail.
- •Ability to work independently with limited supervision and understand bills of materials.
- •Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
