Lead HR strategy and operations for Papernest's French footprint, managing a team and driving HR transformation.
- •Papernest is seeking a Head of HR France to lead HR strategy for approximately 250 employees across Paris and Reims.
- •This role involves driving HR initiatives, managing the HR team, and ensuring legal compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive HR strategy and policy for France, coordinating with the group HR team.
- •Manage, coach, and grow the France HR team.
- •Act as a Business Partner for disciplinary matters, onboarding, off-boarding, reorganizations, and litigation.
- •Lead HR transformation projects, including AI integration for automation and efficiency.
- •Ensure legal compliance on payroll, personnel administration, and labor law.
- •Requirements At least 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles with proven team management experience.
- •Strong leadership, interpersonal, and management capabilities.
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and operate operationally.
- •Curiosity for AI and new HR tools.
- •Strong autonomy and adaptability.
