- •PackageX is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to bridge the gap between complex customer operations and their platform.
- •This role involves understanding physical operations, designing and building workflows, and driving enterprise opportunities from discovery to close.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer operational and workflow discovery, design, and configuration.
- •Build and demonstrate working solutions, manage pilot setups, and provide technical validation.
- •Articulate technical and business value, and own customer relationships through the sales cycle.
- •Develop and progress target accounts, translating technical solutions into operational and business value.
- •Configure workflows, rules, forms, logic, and automations, and troubleshoot issues.
- •Requirements 5-8 years in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical sales, solutions architecture, or technology consulting.
- •Experience working directly with enterprise customers and owning substantive customer relationships.
- •Ability to connect technical solutions to operational outcomes and business value.
- •Strong commercial aptitude and interest in opportunity progression and closing.
- •Comfortable with APIs, integrations, configuration logic, and technical documentation.
