Shape and optimize global benefits provisions, manage vendors, and provide expert support.
- •As a Senior Global Benefits Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for customers and internal teams, shaping and optimizing global benefits provisions across diverse international markets.
- •You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing strategic vendor management with deep internal and external enablement.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor global benefits trends and regulatory shifts to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.
- •Partner with global benefits brokers and vendors, driving negotiations to maximize coverage and minimize costs.
- •Resolve complex international benefits queries and escalations.
- •Build and maintain a global repository of benefits documentation and conduct internal upskilling sessions.
- •Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline benefits documentation and processes.
- •Requirements 6+ years of global benefits experience with expertise in international benefits design, compliance, and vendor management.
- •Direct hands-on experience navigating benefits landscapes across multiple global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
- •Strong foundational knowledge of international fringe benefits tax (FBT) frameworks.
- •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical benefits terminology into accessible advice.
- •Proven success managing complex relationships across vendors, customers, and internal departments.
